Submitting the design

Our submission

Chris sees the Cows About Cambridge call for artists at the last minute, remembers the CityTree, and cobbles together a submission with this description:

Inspired by the CityTree, this climate-friendly moss cow absorbs CO2 and other pollutants and emits oxygen. The sensor shows the air quality near the cow, which can be compared to other sensors around Cambs via a website. The aim is to raise awareness of climate-positive changes people can make in their own lives.

Although we have no idea how we're going to do this, we reckon we can work it out if we get chosen. And we probably won't get chosen, right?

In Chris' sketch, the cow has the sensor on her forehead. Only later did we come up with the idea of putting it in the cowbell.
